Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in internal, operational audit or compliance roles.
• Experience in audit planning, execution and reporting; knowledge of banking/financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct audits across departments to verify adherence to policies and legal requirements.
• Develop audit plans to identify risks, control weaknesses and improvement areas.
• Prepare clear audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure implementation and improvements.
• Identify recurring issues and propose preventive actions to reduce future risks.
