The candidate will lead audits across departments to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and will develop plans to identify risks and improvements. The role requires a solid background in internal or operational audit, with strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in audit software and data analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in internal audit, operational audit, or compliance roles within financial services, banking, or security operations environment.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting operational and compliance audits with proficiency in audit planning, execution, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in audit software, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
