Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to perform general reconciliations and accurately match incoming payments to insurance policies.

The role includes reviewing payment and policy data, investigating discrepancies, resolving unapplied funds, and ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will collaborate cross-functionally, assist with data analytics for assessments, and contribute to timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of finance or data analytics experience; insurance knowledge preferred.
• Intermediate SQL and Excel; proficient in queries, reporting and presenting findings.
• Knowledge of reporting tools and databases (SQL Server & PowerBI).
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent organization and high accuracy; strong data integrity mindset.
• Strong critical thinking to flag data issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with compiling data for assessments, data calls and analytics for admitted company.
• Perform general account reconciliations and match incoming payments to insurance policies; investigate discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively at all levels.
• Take on additional duties as required.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to perform general reconciliations and accurately match incoming payments to the appropriate insurance policies. The ideal candidate will review and analyze payment and policy data, investigate discrepancies, resolve unapplied funds, and ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.

• Assist with compiling data for assessments, data calls and general analytics for our admitted company

• Perform general account reconciliations and accurately match incoming payments to the appropriate insurance policies, investigating and resolving discrepancies or unapplied funds in a timely manner.

• Consistently demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively and efficiently at all levels.

• You may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities and activities where required.

Requires Skills/Experience

• Required skills - 1-3+ years of finance or data analytics related experience, preferred to have insurance knowledge or background

• Intermediate level SQL and Excel experience, adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

• Knowledge of and experience with reporting tools & databases (SQL Server & PowerBI)

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

• Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Excellent critical thinking skills to flag data issues
