Job summary

Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd is seeking an Operations Analyst to handle data collection, organization, and analysis of insurance policy contracts. The role includes processing data into systems, generating queries, and producing reports to assist underwriting support and bordereaux management for Lloyds Syndicate policies.

The candidate should have strong English communication, analytical skills, and experience with MS Excel/Word.

Role Summary and Purpose

Operations Analyst will be responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, documentation, and analysis of insurance policy contracts or slips. The operations analyst will process data into system, ensure accuracy, create queries, and reports for various duties that can involve underwriting support, risk capture, or bordereaux management for Lloyds Syndicate policies.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results, and process transactions in various systems in support of the following areas: Submission Clearance
• Policy renewals
• Sanctions checking
• Other operations as needed on policy administration workstream
• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications
• Interact with local and onshore teams as required to complete deliverables
• Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution
• Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed
