Job summary

Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd in Manila is seeking an Operations Analyst to collect, organize, and analyze insurance policy contracts, process data into systems, and support underwriting and bordereaux management for Lloyds Syndicate policies.

You will produce reports, interact with global teams, ensure accuracy, and apply strong Excel/Word skills and English communication to drive process improvements in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree level in business-related courses.
• Strong analytical and data processing skills.
• Experience in insurance and operational services industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results, and process transactions in various systems in support of policy administration tasks.
• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, per specifications.
• Interact with local and onshore teams to complete deliverables and ensure quick resolution of issues.
• Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes as needed.

Role Summary and Purpose

• Operations Analyst will be responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, documentation, and analysis of insurance policy contracts or slips. The operations analyst will process data into system, ensure accuracy, create queries, and reports for various duties that can involve underwriting support, risk capture, or bordereaux management for Lloyds Syndicate policies.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results, and process transactions in various systems in support of the following areas:
  • Submission Clearance
  • Policy renewals
  • Sanctions checking
  • Other operations as needed on policy administration workstream
  • Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications
  • Interact with local and onshore teams as required to complete deliverables
  • Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution
  • Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed
