Job summary

Coforge is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Analyst to join our banking team. You will identify, assess, and report on operational risk, promote risk-aware culture, and implement actions to mitigate risk as per regulatory requirements.

You will monitor the regulatory landscape, support compliance with financial crime obligations, and contribute to insider threat mitigation and cybersecurity policy adherence within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying and reporting risk in a banking environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk frameworks.
• Ability to implement insider threat and cyber security controls.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of data protection and information security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, manage, and report operational risk in the banking team.
• Promote good culture and behaviors in line with risk policies.
• Progress actions to mitigate identified risks (conduct/operational risk).
• Monitor regulatory changes and update activities accordingly.
• Support Financial Crime Compliance obligations.
