Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 to 5 years related experience in an Insurance company or insurance related firm.
• Above average oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical, systematic approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Head in handling the administration of Operational Risk Management related activities.
• Act as intermediary between BDO ORMU and BDOI Business Units.
• Review and analyze reports submitted by BDOI Business Units prior to endorsement for approval.
• Provide expert advice/guidance to BDOI Business Units in ORMU reports (RCSA, KRI, etc.).
• Coordinate with group’s BCP coordinators related to BCP.
• Participate in reporting for ORMU-initiated activities (call tree, drills, tabletop).
• Maintain updated BDOI Employees Contact Details and related documentation.
• Consolidate call tree test reports and submit to ORMU.
