Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Operations, Operational Risk, Internal Control, Audit, Incident Management or related banking role.
• Experience in operational loss management and incident reporting.
• Experience in governance and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational incidents and loss events.
• Track regulatory actions and governance reporting.
• Prepare weekly operational loss and monthly control reports.
• Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure timely responses.
