Job summary

QBE GROUP SHARED SERVICES LIMITED - PHILIPPINE BRANCH seeks a data and reporting professional to enable operational resilience through high-quality dashboards and analytics. You will deliver decision-ready metrics, maintain trusted datasets, and advance automation for scalable resilience oversight.

You will analyze patterns, provide stakeholder-ready insights, and support governance by preparing materials and dashboards for forums.

Qualifications

Experience in Operational Resilience roles (Business Continuity, Third Party Risk, IT Service Continuity).
Solid exposure in general insurance/finance industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools, especially Power BI.

Responsibilities

Produce and maintain dashboards, metrics and insights to support governance forums and oversight.
Support automation and uplift of reporting, including standardized definitions and templates.
Analyze data to identify risks, control gaps and improvement opportunities for resilience delivery.
Support governance cycles with disciplined reporting, version control and artefact maintenance.
Design and implement reporting/insight solutions using AI-enabled approaches where appropriate.
