QBE GROUP SHARED SERVICES LIMITED - PHILIPPINE BRANCH seeks a data and reporting professional to enable operational resilience through high-quality dashboards and analytics. You will deliver decision-ready metrics, maintain trusted datasets, and advance automation for scalable resilience oversight.
You will analyze patterns, provide stakeholder-ready insights, and support governance by preparing materials and dashboards for forums.
The purpose of this role is to provide operational resilience enablement through high-quality reporting and dashboards, actionable insights and analytics, and disciplined data integrity/ data quality monitoring across operational resilience data sources and tools. The role supports governance and delivery rhythms by producing decision-ready metrics and packs for governance forums, maintaining trusted datasets, and identifying opportunities for automation and future AI-enabled reporting to improve scalability and consistency of resilience oversight.
Produce and maintain dashboards, metrics and insights to support governance forums, management reporting and operational resilience oversight.
Support automation and uplift of reporting capability, including standardised metric definitions, reusable templates, and improved self-service insights.
Analyse data to identify patterns, emerging risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities relevant to operational resilience delivery and governance.
Provide practical, stakeholder-ready insights to support planning, prioritisation, and performance conversations across resilience streams of work.
Support recurring governance activities through strong reporting discipline, version control, and maintenance of reporting artefacts and libraries.
Contribute to governance cycles by coordinating inputs and preparing draft materials/ packs where required.
Contribute to the design and implementation of reporting/ insight solutions using applicable reporting tools and AI-enabled/ agentic approaches where appropriate, supporting data-driven decision making.
Identify opportunities to improve insight quality and reduce manual effort through automation and improved system reporting capabilities.
Provide risk management support through evidence preparation, data collection, drafting working files and driving awareness of impending actions.
Deliver recommendations for standardising risk and issue management administration across the business unit.
Deliver insightful reporting across the business unit’s RCSA profile.
Support audit and assurance activities by sourcing evidence, tracking actions, and maintaining reporting traceability.
Ability to build, maintain and interpret dashboards/reports using applicable reporting tools.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into clear insight and recommendations.
Data quality mindset, disciplined reconciliation, controls thinking, and continuous improvement orientation.
Organised and delivery-focused, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured cadence.
Curious and innovative with an interest in leveraging AI/ modern tooling to enhance reporting and resilience outcomes.
Experience in roles involving Operational Resilience (Business Continuity, Third Party Risk Management, IT Service Continuity Management).
Solid exposure in general insurance / finance industry.
Exposure to roles involving data analytics and reporting, governance reporting, operational resilience, business continuity, and risk management.
Experience supporting recurring governance activities and coordinating reporting inputs across stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Applicable Reporting Tools) and comfortable working with structured datasets.
Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Understanding of Operational Resilience Principles (Business Continuity, Third Party Risk Management, IT Service Continuity Management)
Excellent communication (written and verbal) is needed to engage with stakeholders and convey complex information clearly.
Ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders is important.
Strong organizational skills are needed to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Experience in some Business Continuity Management System e.g. Fusion RM, Archer BR, Service Now RM and similar tools
Understanding of Operational Resilience Frameworks (Business Continuity, Third Party Risk Management, IT Service Continuity Management)
With certifications (e.g. Certification from Business Continuity Institute (BCI) or DRI International (DRII), Business Continuity Planner certified, BC Lead Implementor certified, ISO – 22301 certified)
Proficient in Power BI reporting capabilities.
