Choa’s for Everything Supermarket in Olongapo City is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee overall operational efficiency across departments. You will drive logistics, distribution, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Role requires a Bachelor's in business-related field and at least 4 years in distribution management, preferably with distributor setup experience. The position is on-site at National Highway, Old Cabalan, Olongapo City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 4 years Distribution Business management experience.
• Preferably with experience in setting up and/or running a distributor business.
• Preferably with strong business management background experience/exposure.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills with experience in supervising large teams.
• Understanding of Marketing objectives, strategies and action plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day company operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage logistics, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain activities.
• Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess operational success.
• Lead and support cross-functional teams to achieve company targets.

• Collaborate with management to develop and execute operational strategies.
• Prepare reports and present operational updates to senior leadership.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, clients and internal stakeholders.
