Job summary

Unilever Brasil Ltda. seeks a Focused Improvement (FI) Engineer to lead improvement projects across the line, applying FI, UMS and Kaizen methodologies to reduce losses, improve safety, quality and stability, and to drive continuous cost saving initiatives.

You will train line crews, establish technical standards, capture and analyze performance data, and coach operators to sustain gains while advancing OEE on the production line.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial fields.
• Experience with FI/UMS/Kaizen in manufacturing.
• Ability to train operators and improve line performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead FI projects aligned with Cost Deployment and UMS pillars.
• Eliminate losses and improve OEE.
• Establish technical standards and basic condition standards.
• Coach line operators and transfer knowledge.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to sustain improvements.
