Unilever Philippines is seeking an FIIT Engineer to drive focused improvement and innovations in the process area, delivering sustainable savings and leading change management for deployment of new technologies and recipe changes.

Reporting to operations leadership, you will apply FI, Quality and EEM pillar methods to reduce losses, stabilize mixing equipment, and train line teams while partnering with cross-functional groups to sustain improvements across the supply chain.

Competenze

• Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in mixing processes and manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach operators and train line teams.
• Experience with continuous improvement tools (FI, AM, PM, Kaizen).
• Willingness to work in General Trias, Cavite.

Mansioni

• Lead focused improvement projects to eliminate losses and improve line efficiency.
• Design P&ID and manage mixer recipes for batch cycles.
• Ensure compliance with COBP, CR&R, GMP.
• Drive digitization and paperless operations.
• Train line crews and support semi-autonomous teams.
