Philippine Span Asia Carrier Corporation - PSACC is seeking an experienced Operations In Charge to supervise CY, Port/Pier and Warehouse operations. You will direct activities, manage subordinates, and ensure efficient handling of goods and containers from receiving docks through CY and warehouse.

The role requires 3–5 years of logistics experience, strong problem-solving and leadership abilities, and willingness to work the night shift.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing and delivery operations.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating with clients and operations.

Responsabilités

• Directs activities and supervises subordinates in CY, Port/Pier and Warehouse operations.
• Ensures proper handling of incoming and outgoing products and containers through receiving docks, CY and warehouse.
• Develops and maintains departmental and individual goals and performance measures.
• Prepares paperwork and coordinates activities to meet client and company requirements.

As an Operation In Charge, he will supervise CY, Pier /Port Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Directs the activities and has the responsibility for subordinates in CY, Port/Pier and Warehouse. Supervise CY, Port /Pier and Warehouse operations.
• Responsible in ensuring proper handling of incoming and outgoing products and containers through receiving docks , CY and warehouse.
• Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining departmental and individual goals and performance measures.
• Responsible in ensuring the preparation of all necessary paperwork and coordination of required activities needed to meet clients needs and company requirements.

Qualification:

• 3-5 years experience in Logistics, warehousing and delivery operations.
• Problem-solving skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to work with subordinates to establish direction, authority and responsibility.
• Computer literate. Proficient in basic Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Willing to work in NIGHT SHIFT schedule.
