Job summary

Unilab, Inc. is seeking a data-driven professional to coordinate monthly KPI reports and support master recipe and production version updates. You will assist division heads with project requirements, gather ad hoc data, and help in annual budget preparations.

The role includes capacity management and contributing to Operational Excellence initiatives across plants. The ideal candidate will have a relevant engineering degree and strong MS Office skills, with prior experience in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering / Management Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Management or related.
• Skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in an advanced manufacturing facility or setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates monthly KPI report generation.
• Coordinates updates for master recipe and production versions.
• Supports division heads with project requirements and initiatives.
• Handles ad hoc data gathering and analysis requests.
• Supports annual budget preparations for plant heads.
• Manages capacity and volume analysis requirements for plants.
• Assists Operational Excellence initiatives and bootcamps.
• Contributes to budget planning and KRAs for the division.

Role Overview

• Coordinates generation of monthly reports for key performance indicators.
• Coordinates generation and update of requests for master recipe and production versions.
• Supports project requirements initiated by the division head;
• Supports project requirements initiated by the plant heads;
• Handles ad hoc data gathering and analysis requirements.
• Supports plant heads in their annual budget preparations;
• Handles capacity management and volume analysis requirements for plants.
• Supports Operational Excellence Bootcamps, Assessments and initiatives for the plants.
• Supports Budget planning, direction setting and KRA setting exercises for the division.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering / Management Engineering / ManufacturIng Engineering / Management or other related courses
• Skilled in MS Office (particularly in Excel and Powerpoint)
• Experience in an advanced manufacturing facility or setting is preferred
