Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking a Warehouseman in Sto. Tomas, Batangas to support warehouse, inventory, and shipping operations. You will handle receiving materials, store them, and prepare finished goods for local and international shipments, ensuring accuracy and FIFO compliance.

You will work onsite in a fast-paced environment, maintaining 5S standards, coordinating with internal departments, and generating necessary logistics reports. PEZA-related documentation support is a plus.

Qualifications

• College level or vocational course graduate required.
• 2+ years in warehouse/shipping operations preferred.
• Experience with receiving, storing, and issuing materials.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming raw materials and goods with receipts, waybills, invoices, and packing lists.
• Store materials in designated locations and perform sorting, labeling, and kitting.
• Issue materials to production and other departments; record transactions in ERP/MRP system.
• Monitor inventory levels and enforce FIFO; participate in counts and reconciliation.
• Receive finished goods, post warehouse transactions, and prepare for local and international shipments.
• Prepare documents for shipments and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Support PEZA/BOI/regulated documentation where relevant; maintain 5S and safety standards.
