Job summary

RTX is seeking a warehouse professional in Batangas (Tanauan) to ensure proper warehousing procedures, maintain stock levels, and receive materials with strict conformance checks. You will handle ERP-based inventory, issue parts, and support loading/unloading for shipments, while safeguarding assets and maintaining accurate records.

The role emphasizes cycle counting, ERP processes, and onsite performance, with on-site work as a key expectation for daily operations in a hardware and materials

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years experience in warehousing.
• Working knowledge in warehouse operations (receiving, shipping, stockroom).
• Knowledge in cycle count.
• Working knowledge of ERP System/Barcode process.
• With NCII certificate in operating PIV.
• Onsite: employees working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper implementation of good warehousing procedures in recording, storage, and inventory control.
• Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and controlled.
• Receive finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials deliveries and checks conformance to specifications regarding physical attributes.
• Perform inventory count, maintains control and accounts for all stock on hand; manage ERP stock accuracy.
• Accurate issuance of parts and materials versus Work Orders.
• Coordinate and assist in unloading and storage of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Perform handling and issuance of chemical products and raw materials.
• Prepare receiving reports of accepted deliveries of raw materials and supplies.
• Coordinate and assist in the loading of finished goods for shipment.
• Conduct regular inspection of the warehouse premises to check security and condition of materials stored therein.
• Safeguard inventory against breakage or loss.
• Maintain and update stock cards and inventory records; encode transactions on real-time basis.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the people leader.
• Adhere to EHS practices and standards across the site.
