Job summary

Rockwell Automation in India is seeking a Warehouse Handler to ensure smooth operations for new supplier parts receipt, production holds, and inventory accuracy. You will work with the warehouse team and report to the Warehouse Team Lead, and perform duties onsite in Kancheepuram, India.

The role requires a diploma or degree in logistics, at least 3 years in a similar field, strong knowledge of SAP, WMS, and MS Office, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with SAP transactions and WMS.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and obtain required certifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage new supplier parts receipt and tracking in SAP and WMS.
• Segregate MRB parts and scrap materials per guidelines.
• Maintain MRB and scrap inventory records in SAP and WMS.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and SAP adjustments.
• Post scrap transactions in SAP and ensure disposal compliance.
• Coordinate scrap disposal with vendors, with proper documentation.
• Prepare and maintain scrap/MRB reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with receiving and kitting teams to support these functions.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance during scrap handling and disposal.
