Job summary

Wimmer Solutions Philippines is seeking a Teleom Project Coordinator to provide back-office project support for OFS assignments and field operations. Responsibilities include maintaining SharePoint documents, reviewing bore logs, COP packages, and ensuring accurate project data across systems.

You will liaise between customer and internal systems, coordinate with OPEs and field crews, and help keep projects on time and within budget while ensuring proper billing documentation and revenue capture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project coordination experience.
• Strong back-office project support and documentation experience.
• Ability to read maps, drawings, and diagrams related to project builds.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments, field crews, and managers.

Responsibilities

• Support OFS assignments, reconciliation, and project debriefs.
• Manage and organize project documentation in SharePoint.
• Review bore logs and identify minor corrections or documentation issues.
• Review COP packages and support completion and closeout.
• Make minor corrections required to move project packages through the closeout process.
• Serve as a liaison between the customer system (P2), internal system (OFS), and field documentation.
• Review and reconcile P2 and OFS data to maintain accurate project information.
• Partner with OPEs to identify and document project tasks and milestones.
• Track project activities to support on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Review billing documentation for accuracy and compliance with customer contracts.
• Translate and enter crew production data onto digital job site prints.
• Validate completed production and support accurate revenue capture.
• Coordinate with Area Managers, OPEs, field crews, and other internal departments.
• Escalate issues that may impact project schedules, documentation, or budgets.
