Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Account Executive to drive revenue by identifying and closing new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role requires a consultative selling approach and a basic understanding of technology solutions.

You will engage with system integrators, contractors, architects, and facility managers, conduct client site assessments, and coordinate with technical teams to prepare accurate proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience; technology industry experience is a MUST.
• Knowledge of security and access control systems (CCTV, biometrics, turnstiles, RFID) and system integration.
• Experience with system integrators, contractors, architects, or property/facility management is a plus.
• Strong market penetration to identify new accounts and decision-makers.
• Ability to conduct client site assessments and coordinate with technical team for proposals.
• Familiar with bidding, quotations, and procurement for corporate accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Willing to work onsite Monday to Friday.
