Job summary

SMC Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. in Albuera, Leyte, is seeking a SAP Supervisor to lead SAP-based production tracking, inventory control, audits, and reporting across poultry and related operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or Accounting, 2–5 years of SAP experience in manufacturing or supply chain, and proven leadership. On-site role with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-5 years of SAP functional experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain or operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and inventory flows.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely SAP transactions.
• Analyze business processes and recommend SAP process improvements.
• Maintain master data, system configurations, and documentation.
• Investigate system discrepancies, reversals, and data inconsistencies.
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and internal controls.
• Generate and validate SAP reports for management and operations.
• Provide SAP user training and technical guidance.
