Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Sales Account Associate to join our Bridgetowne, Pasig City onsite team. You will engage with potential clients, present solutions, and aim to hit sales targets while earning a competitive base pay plus bonuses.

The role offers up to PHP 28,000 monthly salary, a PHP 4,000 homecoming bonus, and a PHP 500 GCash incentive, with performance-based commissions and health coverage after regularization.

Qualifications

• Open to high school graduates, senior high school graduates, or college undergraduates/graduates.
• 6–12 months of BPO or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, active listening, and persuasive negotiation skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Willing to work onsite at Bridgetowne, Pasig office.
• Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers via inbound/outbound calls to introduce products and services.
• Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and deliver compelling product presentations/pitches.
• Overcome objections with confidence and guide customers to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales progress in the system.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
