Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in rebar estimating, strong numeric skills, and familiarity with CADS RC, Tekla Structures, or Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or Quantity Surveying preferred.
• 3-5 years in rebar estimating, reinforcement detailing, or structural steel estimation.
• Familiarity with rebar detailing/estimating software (CADS RC, Tekla Structures, Bluebeam) desired.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specs to determine quantities and costs for reinforcement.
• Prepare quotations and tender submissions within deadlines.
• Support cost databases, market analysis, and pricing references.
• Coordinate with design, detailing, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
