Job summary

Gomeco Metal Corporation is seeking a Quality Inspector to assess materials, in-process items, and finished products for conformance to specifications and drawings. You will interpret fabrication drawings, perform dimensional checks, and document results to support continuous quality improvement.

The role requires a engineering-related degree and at least 2 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing or fabrication, with a strong eye for detail. Onsite work is required at Malinta, Valenzuela City.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering or a related technical engineering course.
• 2+ years in Quality Control/Quality Assurance, preferably in manufacturing.
• Able to interpret fabrication and technical drawings.
• Skilled in dimensional inspection and measurement.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, fabricated products, and finished items.
• Interpret and review fabrication and technical drawings.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections.
• Verify product specifications, measurements, and workmanship.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Identify and report defects, discrepancies, and non-conformities.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures.
