Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
• Background in the manufacturing industry preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Willing to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and testing of materials, components, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and ISO requirements.
• Document inspection results and prepare quality reports.
• Identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve processes and maintain product quality.
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
