Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Project Manager - BWPC to lead capital projects at the Gateway, Cavite site. You will work with line crews, act as technical trainer, and coordinate with R&D, procurement, and quality teams to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

The role covers design reviews, bid analyses, contractor selection, ramp-up execution, asset capitalization, and project close-out, ensuring Unilever standards and OTIF delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from initiation to close-out.
• Coordinate with line crews and provide coaching on safety and operations.
• Review safety, quality, and productivity requirements with the factory team.
• Conduct design reviews and guide procurement and contractor activities.
• Prepare URS and specifications for procurement and RFPs.
• Develop project execution plan and safety plan to meet Unilever standards.
• Manage project schedules, networks, and communication across teams.
• Lead site visits, audits, and contract supplier evaluations.
