Job summary

Knowledge of finance, accounting, and taxation.

Responsibilities

Post and review project transactions before payments.
Conduct quarterly petty cash audits.
Monitor and analyze project expenses, inventory, payables, receivables and fixed assets.
Oversee and review work of project accounting staff.
Train staff on AP, PR, PO, GR/GI entries and related processes.
Coordinate with project control on revenue, billed and unbilled receivables.
Prepare cost analyses and month-end reports (COC-JIP, JIP-Assets).
Prepare bank reconciliations monthly.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies at the project site.
Recoup advances/down payments to suppliers on time.
Reconcile inventory/assets with SAP records.
Prepare project close-out report.
