Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in BSIE or equivalent with at least 2 years in semiconductor/electronics.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production line is loaded with enough WIP for continuous flow of activities.
• Collaborate with Purchasing on material delivery and ensure customer commits are aligned with any changes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Production for alignment and addressing issues/concerns.
• Inform the customer of any changes to delivery/shipment commit.
• Ensure to meet Planning KPI and provide PDCA if not met.
• Escalate critical issues that need Planning Manager's attention.
