Imagenet LLC is seeking a registered nurse to serve as Company Nurse and HR/Admin Assistant in Makati. The role combines on-site healthcare with administrative duties, including paperwork, benefits processing, and compliance with safety standards.

You will handle first aid, medical reports, and wellness initiatives while coordinating with HR for staffing needs. This is an urgent, on-site position requiring shifting hours and immediate start.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid nursing license.
• OHNAP or BOSH for NURSE preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare or occupational health setting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and occupational health standards.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Able to conduct health assessments and training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Experience with wellness programs and employee health initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and medical care to employees on-site and prepare reports.
• Coordinate reservations of partner medical facilities for employees.
• Act as point person for pre-employment medical exam results and HMO matters.
• Ensure clinic compliance with safety and health labor laws and DOLE reports.
• Maintain and update employee medical records.
• Oversee emergency medicine inventory and replenishments.
• Promote health and safety awareness through training and guidance.
• Assist with HR/Admin tasks as needed.
