Job summary

SROCI in Clark, Pampanga is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage firmware upgrades, server/VMware/Xen environments, and network security. The role involves maintaining uptime, implementing backups, coordinating with vendors, and deploying PCs.

You will work onsite with cross-functional teams, handle incident resolution, document network diagrams, and ensure policy compliance. A Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT and 3+ years of experience with Windows/Linux servers, AD, VOIP, and Cisco networks are

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with staff on a technical level and non-technical level.
• Experience in system administration and Active Directory.
• Minimum of three years relevant work experience in systems administration.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Xen, VOIP, and Call Center tech.
• Familiarity with Cisco network configurations and network firewalls.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field; certifications listed above.

Responsibilities

• Manage firmware upgrades of servers and network equipment.
• Monitor and optimize performance of systems.
• Plan and implement backup and recovery of network configurations.
• Perform wiring terminations of network cabling.
• Contact vendors for technical support.
• Deploy and maintain PCs.
• Enroll users and maintain system and network security.
• Maintain up-to-date network diagrams and policies.
