Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in mining or related field.
• 3-5 years in mining operations and compliance.
• Knowledge of mining regulatory requirements (MGB, DENR).
• Experience with permits, reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willing to relocate or stay at mining site.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with mining and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit permits, reports, applications, and documents on time.
• Coordinate with MGB, DENR, and other agencies.
• Maintain an organized system for permits, licenses, certificates, and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with mining plans and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with Mining, Safety, Environmental, and Administrative teams.
• Assist during government inspections and audits.
• Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Track pending compliance requirements and commitments.
• Prepare regular compliance status reports for Management.
• Maintain regulatory records and inform Management of new requirements.
• Assist in implementing company policies related to regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
