Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Monitoring Analyst - Level 1 to join our financial crime operations team in Makati City. You will review alerts, analyze transactions, document findings, and escalate cases per risk criteria in a fully onsite, mid-shift role.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in AML/KYC/Financial Crime and strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Transaction Monitoring, AML, KYC, CDD, EDD, Fraud Operations, or Financial Crime.
• Background in banking, financial services, FinTech, lending, payments, or related industries preferred.
• Familiarity with reviewing transaction activity and identifying unusual customer behavior.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with case management systems and multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review system-generated alerts and customer transactions for unusual or potentially concerning activity.
• Examine transaction patterns, account behavior, and available customer information.
• Conduct initial assessments and determine whether cases require further review.
• Prepare clear and accurate investigation notes and case documentation.
• Escalate cases that meet defined risk or investigation criteria.
• Perform customer information checks using available internal systems and approved sources.
• Maintain accurate records while handling sensitive customer and financial information.
• Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and applicable financial crime controls.
• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
• Work closely with other compliance and operations teams when additional information is required.
