Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking an AML Transaction Monitoring Analyst at Level 1 to support financial crime risk management. The role emphasizes Level 1 investigations, complex alert reviews, and narrative reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, knowledge of AML regulations, and experience in banking, fintech, or AML consulting. Onsite work in Makati will apply, with a mid-shift schedule and a monthly PHP salary budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Legal Management, Criminology or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in AML Transaction Monitoring, preferably in banks, financial institutions, fintech, BPO, or AML consulting.
Experience with SAR/STR recommendations or drafting.
Knowledge of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, and PEP screening.
Ability to apply a risk-based approach when assessing financial crime risks and conducting investigations.
Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to identify suspicious activity and make well-supported case decisions.
Ability to meet quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in investigation documentation and report writing.

Responsibilities

Focus on Level 1 Transaction Monitoring investigations and complex alert reviews.
Perform holistic account analyses and identify AML/CTF typologies.
Prepare investigation narratives and escalation recommendations.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and timeliness in all investigations.
