The role requires a Bachelor's Degree, a licensed radiologic technologist credential, and 2–3 years of prior chief radiologic technologist experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to motivate the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist credential required.
• 2–3 years’ experience as Chief Radiologic Technologist preferred.
• Supervise Ultrasound, 2D echo and X-ray techs; lead a radiology team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the radiologic technologist team, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and optimize department workflow to minimize wait times and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging services and effective patient diagnosis.
