Job summary

TASQ is seeking a Chief Radiologic Technologist for 100% onsite work in Marikina, Philippines. The role leads the radiology team and oversees Ultrasound, 2D echo, and X-ray services to ensure high-quality patient care.

The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, be a licensed Radiologic Technologist, and have 2–3 years of experience at a Chief Radiologic Technologist level, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist required.
• 2–3 years’ experience as Chief Radiologic Technologist.
• Experience supervising Ultrasound, 2D echo, and X-ray.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the radiologic technologist team, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and optimize department workflow to minimize wait times and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging services and effective patient diagnosis.
