Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Chief Radiologic Technologist for a 100% onsite role in San Pablo, Laguna. You will lead the ultrasound, 2D echo, and X-ray teams and ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality imaging services.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, is a licensed Radiologic Technologist, and has 2–3 years of experience as Chief Radiologic Technologist, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist in good standing
• 2–3 years’ experience as Chief Radiologic Technologist
• Supervise Ultrasound, 2D echo, and X-ray Tech teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with leadership ability

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the radiologic technologist team, ensuring regulatory and safety standards are met
• Develop and implement departmental policies to improve efficiency and patient care
• Coordinate patient scheduling and optimize workflow to reduce wait times
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate imaging services and diagnoses
