QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT implementation projects and business analysis
• Business Analyst II
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience leading discovery activities for low- to medium-impact initiatives
• Business Analyst III
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience leading discovery activities for medium- to high-impact initiatives
  • Ability to consider scalability, reusability, risk, and business trends

Nice to Have:

• Undergraduate degree in IT, Finance, or Business-related field
• Experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
• Familiarity with business analysis and modeling tools
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Postgraduate studies related to IT, Business Analysis, or Process Engineering
• CBAP or IIBA certification
