Job summary

HHRG Services Inc. in Balibago, Angeles City, Philippines, seeks a detail-oriented professional to perform end-to-end home health medical coding and review process documentation to support accurate plans of care.

You will maintain medical record systems, collaborate with patient care managers to review medications, clinical items, interventions, and goals, and ensure compliance with HIPAA. Candidates with nursing background, 1 year of home health coding experience, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in Home Health Medical Coding.
• Experience in reviewing OASIS assessment is preferred but NOT required.
• Certified coders are preferred. Certification is an added advantage.
• Excellent customer service skills exhibiting good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong clinical critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Balibago, Angeles City.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end home health medical coding and accurate review of process documentation.
• Develop plan of care for home health patients.
• Provide support in enhancing process management.
• Maintain and update medical record system.
• Partner with patient care managers in reviewing medications, clinical items, interventions, and goals.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to prevent or detect unauthorized disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI).
