TTEC is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team onsite in Pasay, Philippines. You will support aggressive associate hiring goals for specific clients, screen resumes, conduct phone and behavioral interviews, and guide candidates through offers and onboarding.

• Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience.
• Attention to detail with customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills with candidates.
• Creative thinking and innovation to improve current processes and communicate ideas to TA Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for associates, including screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports and maintain Taleo data accuracy.
• Adhere to client requirements and TTEC hiring policies while sourcing and engaging candidates.
• Attend job fairs and community events to represent TTEC and build talent pipelines.
• Maintain high-volume hiring flow with focus, organization, and efficiency.
