Qualifications

• College graduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience, OR Senior High School Graduate/College Undergraduate with at least 1 year of BPO experience.
• Strong customer service orientation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications and internet browsing.
• Willing to work onsite in Bohol.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
