Job summary

J-K Network Services is supporting a manufacturing client in Cebu City to hire a General Affairs Supervisor for on-site duties. The role requires 5+ years in GA or admin and 3+ years in supervisory capacity, with experience in a Japanese manufacturing firm.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is expected. The position offers government mandated benefits, HMO, 13th month pay, and meal allowance, with a typical Monday–Friday dayshift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business Administration or any related course
• At least 5 years of work experience in General Affairs or in administrative work
• At least 3 years of work experience in Supervisory work
• Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing firm
• Willing to work fully on site

Responsibilities

• Processing employment permit and visa
• Ensure the compliance with labor and immigration laws,
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
• Responsible for arranging hotel bookings and transportation for visitors.
• Assist and support internal departments with administrative requirements.
• Responsible in maintaining factory cleanliness.
