Job summary

Luxx4Less is seeking a reliable General Accountant to support accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and inventory-control activities on-site in Antipolo, Rizal. The role emphasizes accurate recording of financial transactions, timely reconciliations, and precise reporting.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with inventory-heavy retail operations. CPA is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in retail, jewelry, consumer products, or inventory-heavy businesses is preferred.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Antipolo.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and general ledger entries.
• Perform bank, cash, receivable, payable, and balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Monitor accounts payable, receivables, and payment schedules.
• Reconcile inventory records against POS/system and physical stock.
• Investigate accounting and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain complete supporting documents and accounting schedules.
• Assist in improving finance processes and implementing accounting or ERP systems.
