Job summary

Brainbox is a unique BPO in the Philippines focused on culture and service excellence. We seek a detail-oriented Finance Support professional to manage transactions, assist with billing and reconciliations, and contribute to accurate financial reporting and compliance.

On-site role with growth opportunities and strong benefits. You will support month-end close, audits, data entry, and cross-department collaboration to ensure timely, accurate financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance support, bookkeeping, or accounting roles.
• Knowledge of Philippine-based financial principles and procedures.
• Familiarity with PH government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with accounting software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice preparation, payment processing, and follow-up on outstanding accounts.
• Perform bank and financial record reconciliations, ensuring transactions and supporting documentation are accurate and complete.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, preparation of financial reports and summaries, and other required documentation.
• Assist with audits by preparing supporting financial records, responding to queries, and presenting or explaining relevant financial information and processes to auditors, apprentices, attorneys, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and organised financial records, documentation, and filing systems.
• Provide general finance support, including data entry, transaction processing, and other administrative finance tasks.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate accurate and timely financial transactions and resolve finance-related queries.
• Ensure financial activities and records comply with company policies, established procedures, and applicable financial regulations.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as required.
