Brainbox in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong MYOB experience to manage day-to-day financial transactions, payroll support, and compliance tasks for an Australian client. The role demands accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work independently within a busy finance team.

You will maintain records, reconcile accounts, prepare invoices and reports, and support monthly financial consolidation.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance roles.
• Strong MYOB skills required and demonstrated accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping using MYOB.
• Process accounts payable and receivable along with payroll support.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions; prepare invoices and receipts.
• Assist with BAS/IAS preparation and tax compliance.
• Track expenses, budgets, and cash flow; prepare monthly reports.
