This onsite role requires working at our Pampanga office and collaborating with internal departments to ensure accurate and compliant financial processes. Ideal candidates have finance support or bookkeeping experience, knowledge of PH regulations, and strong

Qualifications

• Experience in finance support, bookkeeping or accounting.
• Knowledge of Philippine-based financial principles and procedures.
• Familiarity with PH government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice preparation, payment processing, and follow-up on outstanding accounts.
• Perform bank and financial record reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and complete documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial reports.
• Assist with audits by preparing records and responding to queries for auditors and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and organised financial records and filing systems.
• Provide general finance support including data entry and transaction processing.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely financial transactions.
• Ensure activities comply with company policies and regulations.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as required.
