Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a DRP Supervisor/Officer to oversee inventory distribution planning across the supply network.

The role focuses on forecasting data, inventory analysis, and replenishment planning tools to ensure efficient flow from manufacturing to distribution centers and customers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in distribution planning or logistics, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in distribution planning, supply chain, or logistics; 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Willing to work fully onsite in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig (Mondays to Fridays, 8:30AM - 6:30PM)

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor the DRP schedule to align with customer demand, production capabilities, and inventory targets.
• Analyze forecasts, sales trends, and inventory levels to optimize replenishment and reduce stockouts or excess inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to align planning and execution.
• Maintain DRP parameters in the ERP system (lead times, safety stock levels, minimum order quantities).
• Generate regular reports on inventory performance, distribution plans, and KPIs.
• Support S&OP processes through collaborative planning and forecasting inputs.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations by documenting DRP procedures and inventory movements.
