Open to Senior High School graduates or those with 2 years of college; 6 months of customer service or BPO experience required for HS grads. Computer literacy and willingness to work in Sta. Rosa are essential.

Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm at 2nd Floor, Robinsons Sta. Rosa,Brgy.Tagapo, Old National Highway, Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

What You’ll be Doing

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Answer incoming communications from customers

• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

What You Bring to the Role

• Open to candidates with a Senior High School diploma or at least 2 years of college education.

• Requires 6 months of customer service or BPO experience for high school graduates of the old curriculum

• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge

• Computer experience

• Candidates should be willing to work within Santa Rosa, Laguna
