TTEC Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work onsite in Santa Rosa, Laguna. You’ll help customers by answering inquiries, guiding product use, and resolving issues with a friendly, human-centered approach.

Qualifications

• At least a Senior High School diploma or 2 years of college.
• Requires 6 months of customer service or BPO experience for high school graduates of the old curriculum.
• Willing to work onsite in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
• Ability to explain product or service knowledge to customers.

Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm at 2nd Floor, Robinsons Sta. Rosa,Brgy.Tagapo, Old National Highway, Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Answer incoming communications from customers

• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

What You Bring to the Role

• Open to candidates with a Senior High School diploma or at least 2 years of college education.

• Requires 6 months of customer service or BPO experience for high school graduates of the old curriculum

• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge

• Computer experience

• Candidates should be willing to work within Santa Rosa, Laguna
