TTEC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be onsite in Santa Rosa, Laguna. You will engage with customers, resolve inquiries, and provide product information with empathy and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have a Senior High School diploma or some college, with at least 6 months in CS/BPO. You should be computer-literate and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, inclusive work environment in Sta. Rosa district.

• Requires 6 months of customer service or BPO experience for high school graduates of the old curriculum.
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge.
• Computer experience is required.
• Candidates should be willing to work within Santa Rosa, Laguna.
