Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CPA.
• Experience in financial reporting, credit and collections, and accounts receivable.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Review accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and other financial documentation.
• Monitor accounts receivable, credit activities, and collection performance.
• Review billing, collections, and disbursements to ensure proper documentation and accurate recording.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting controls, policies, and financial processes.
• Coordinate with management, external auditors, banks, and other relevant stakeholders on accounting and financial matters.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and organized financial records while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and accounting software for financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
